The Brothers That Just Do Gutters and Rebuilding Together Launch ‘Gutters for Good’ Initiative

Plant City, FL – January 29, 2025 – In a pioneering partnership aimed at uplifting communities across the United States, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, a leading provider of gutter maintenance services, has teamed up with Rebuilding Together, a national nonprofit dedicated to home repairs and community revitalization. Together, they have announced the launch of the ‘Gutters for Good’ program, which will offer professional-grade gutter systems to veteran homeowners affected by natural disasters.

A Mission to Support Veterans

The ‘Gutters for Good’ initiative is designed to enhance the safety and resilience of homes belonging to deserving veterans. Through local affiliates, Rebuilding Together will select veterans in need, ensuring that much-needed support reaches those who have served the country.

The kickoff installation for this initiative will take place on January 29, 2025, at the home of Sean McLaughlin in Plant City, Florida. Sean, a veteran and active Army National Guard member, has encountered significant water damage in his home due to recent hurricanes, primarily from pooling rainwater that has led to structural issues.

This inaugural project, valued at $3,000, will see the installation of seamless gutters, custom-crafted on-site to provide long-lasting protection against future water damage.

Enhancing Home Protection

Danny Horboychuk, Brand President of The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, spoke about the importance of equipping homes with durable gutter systems. “Too often, homeowners invest in inadequate gutter systems that fail when they’re needed most. Our ‘Gutters for Good’ program aims to deliver lasting protection, especially for those who have sacrificed so much for our country. We’re thrilled to partner with Rebuilding Together to make a real difference.”

Seamless gutters, the cornerstone of this initiative, are built on-site to ensure maximum durability and performance, reducing the risk of leaks commonly associated with traditional sectional systems. Crafted from high-quality materials, these gutters not only provide long-lasting protection but also significantly enhance the structural integrity of homes.

A Personal Testimony

Sean McLaughlin’s journey to becoming the first recipient of the ‘Gutters for Good’ program began when he was referred to Rebuilding Together by a fellow veteran who had previously benefited from their services. Inspired by his friend’s positive experience, Sean applied for the initiative and was selected.

“Having this new gutter system will be life-changing for my family,” Sean expressed. “Knowing our home will be safe and secure means everything.”
